Tom MARNEFFE

I’ve been diving since I was a child. I’ve been a full-time instructor and rebreather diver since 2010. I’m passionate about underwater exploration, adventure, and discovery.

After five years in Mayotte, where I was one of the pioneers of closed-circuit diving on the island, and a stint in New Caledonia, I’m currently based between the south of France, the Bahamas, and primarily the Maldives, where I spend several months a year promoting the development of rebreather diving. I’ve been a rebreather instructor since 2017.

I’ve been fascinated for some time by the M3S TRITON and NEPTUN rebreathers. Whether at the bottom of a cave, in the middle of a school of sharks, or simply along a drop-off observing small fish, the rebreather remains the best ally for pushing the boundaries of adventure.
